- Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within (1-2) business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. - Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. - Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather or courier service issues.
- Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email or SMS once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
- Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) services for our customers. Please ensure you are available at the provided address to receive the package and make the payment. - Customs, Duties, and Taxes TebaOffice. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
- If you receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately at +971545086858 with photos of the packaging and the damaged items. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
- Incorrect Shipping Addresses
We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping address before finalizing your order.
